I made identical pages because I have one friend having a boy and another having a girl and these are for shower gifts. For the girl page I used my papers from my counterfeit kit. Both pages are based on a sketch by Traci Theil for Pages in Time.
These were pages I tried to make in 30 minutes. I'm working on having everything ready and organized so I can complete a page in 30 minutes. Come back soon and I'll walk you through a 30 minute scrap workout. Do you think I can complete a page in 30 minutes? What about yourself? Can you make a page in 30 minutes?

Beautiful work...but not a chance for me, getting a layout done in 30min...I wish. I am one of those 5-6hrs/layout people. Will be back to see your tutorial.

This I would like to learn--30 minute pages! Gorgeous work!
ReplyDeleteI love how you made both a girl's and boy's page! Very nice! I, too, am impressed on how fast you scrap!
ReplyDeleteAmazing!! Love those banners and flower embellies. Such a great gift .
ReplyDeleteWow, love the depth and volume on these pages - wow.
ReplyDeleteLove the colors and the flowers!!!
ReplyDeleteAwesome paper folding - and so clever to use it for a border! I especially love the blue/green colourway you've chosen - gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteAnd NO I cannot scrap a page in 30 minutes LOL - managed it once in 5 years - I like to scrap a bit, put the page aside, think, scrap a bit more, ... it can take DAYS!
